BAKED ORANGE CHICKEN
This recipe is my variation of an old Betty Crocker recipe.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and pull out your
glass baking dishes to use in this recipe.
Serves 9 - 10 People
INGREDIENTS
Family Pack of Bonless, Skinless Chicken Breasts (usually 9 -10 breasts)
Paprika
1/2 cup minced, dry onion flakes (or one medium onion, diced)Paprika
6 tbsp flour
1/2 tbsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tbsp thyme
3 cups orange juice

Place chicken breasts in the baking dishes and cover in paprika to your taste (I coated upside layer in a medium paprika covering).
In a mixing bowl combine minced onion, flour, salt, pepper, thyme and orange juice - thoroughly mix.
Pour mixed ingredients over chicken breasts.
Place baking dishes in pre-heated oven and bake for 35 minutes. Baste chicken with juices from dish about every 10 - 12 minutes until chicken is cooked.
Serve over rice or egg noodles with nice green vegetable on the side such as cut green beans, snow peas or a spring salad.
