Recipe: Meatloaf for 4

** Meatloaf for 4 **


INGREDIENTS
1/2 tbsp evoo
1.25 lbs ground beef, 4% fat
1 large egg
8 oz tomato sauce, divided
3/4 c old fashioned oats
2 tbsp dry onion flakes
1 tsp sea salt 
Dash of pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp McCormick basil/garlic seasoning blend


DIRECTIONS
In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients except 4 oz of tomato sauce and evoo.  Mix well.  Place mixture in greased 8x5x2 baking dish (use evoo to grease pans bottom and sides) forming mixture to a 6x4x1.5 loaf. Bake for 50 minutes at 350 degrees. Drizzle remaining tomato sauce to top of loaf during last 10 minutes. Serve with your favorite salad or green vegetable.



Prep Time: 15 minutes
Bake @ 350 degrees for 50 min
