Keeping It Real:  I'm Working On It!

Yesterday, 1/26/15, I finally did it.  I kept my carbs at 10% of the days calories.  Now today was a different story however.  It is a delicate line to walk to get the appropriate nutrients and balance of carbs, fat and protein.  It's a tight rope I walk but one I will continue to try.  I fell off the rope today but that makes me stronger for tomorrow because in less than an hour its a new day with a clean slate and a chance to try to make my mark again!  


Goals for Keeping It Real for the next week:

  • Daily:   1500 calories;  10% carbs = 38 g;   25% protein = 94g;   65% fat = 108 g
  • Wednesday - 1/28/15:  30 minutes of either bike,treadmill,elliptical or zumba video routine plus strength training routine
  • Thursday - 1/29/15:  weigh-in day; Aqua Aerobics hour and 1 hour water jogging
  • Friday - 1/30/15:  30 minutes of either bike,treadmill,elliptical or zumba video routine plus strength training routine
  • Saturday - 1/31/15:  1 hour water jogging
  • Sunday - 2/1/15:  1 hour water jogging
  • Monday - 2/2/15:  30 minutes of either bike,treadmill,elliptical or zumba video routine plus strength training routine
  • Tuesday - 2/3/15:  call Phillip for his birthday; Aqua Aerobics hour and 1 hour water jogging
  • Wednesday - 2/4/15:  30 minutes of either bike,treadmill,elliptical or zumba video routine plus strength training routine
